Description:

Taylor Young is partnered with a start-up CRO that is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team in Germany.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the clinical data management process and ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trial data.
If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in clinical data management and a passion for driving excellence in research this is the role for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards for clinical data management.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of clinical data professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
