Clinical Education Manager APAC

The Clinical Education Manager, APAC is a member of the APAC RBU team. Reporting to and under the guidance of the APAC RBU Lead, he/she is responsible for:

• The development of compelling CE curriculum and content
• Setting up and running GBU educational programs for KOLs to effectively support DS workflows, concepts, new product launches and ongoing business.

This role needs a deep knowledge of our products, as well as a good understanding of CCO and dental professionals’ needs. In addition to working closely with CCO and GBU, he/she will need to collaborate closely with the broader DS education team on dental procedures and workflows with respect to connected curriculum and content creation.

• Management of the creation of compelling curriculum and CE content (all media) to be used in the education of KOLs, in educational courses to clinicians, using own resources, internal resources and collaboration with KOLs/third parties for the creation of curricula and content where necessary.
• Set up and run programs to train CCO KOLs to speak about Dentsply Sirona procedures, workflows, and products. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the type of programs and content required.
• Collaborate with respective GBU on educational content to be used for employee training
• Prepare documentation for all the CE programs/campaigns
• Manage the activities under Cvent and prepare reports on CE statistics
• Collaborate and ensure alignment with CCO (product/sales/procedural) trainers
• Participate and actively contribute in the CE Curriculum and Content Management Alignment team
• Potentially other, currently undefined educational support activities.
