Description:
The post holder will: Develop a framework that supports and sustains the PNA/PMA role within teams. Support the coordination of registered nurses band 5 and above to become qualified professional nurse advocates. Facilitate any support required during the PNA/PMA training programmes. Facilitate the opportunity for qualified PNAs to deliver the four components of the A-EQUIP model.
Contribute to the clinical supervision / coaching agenda including implementation of the strategy, training, and evaluation. Develop a framework that will support Legacy Mentoring across the trust, to support and facilitate career conversations, retain clinical expertise, and maximize opportunities for later stage careers. Raise the profile of the role of legacy mentors and share good practice with others, enhancing the profile of the organisation and providing support to managers
