Description:
Work clinically alongside nurses within clinical practice to support transition into clinical teams. Delivery of education and training Work closely with the relevant ward managers to identify appropriate preceptors to aid the integration of new starter nurses into their teams and support and delivery of the Trust Preceptorship Programme. Develop and utilise innovative teaching styles to enhance skills, optimising and standardising high levels of patient care delivery.
