Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Develop the competence of all nursing staff
Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies
Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions
Promote a culture of continuous professional development

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential Education
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Desired Education
Post-graduate Diploma in Nursing Education; Unit Speciality certificate or diploma where appropriate (e.g. Emergency Centre / Operating Theatre / Cricital Care Unit)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential Minimum Experience
2 years’ Clinical experience as a professional nurse
Desired Experience
1-2 years’ experience as a peer mentor; 1-2 years’ experience as a Workplace assessor
Between 3 - 5 Year
