Description:
The Children and Young People’s Unit of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a modern unit serving the South East of England. It is one of 3 tertiary paediatric oncology centres in London and handles approximately 170 new cases a year and runs an active bone marrow transplant programme.
Applications are invited for appointment to Clinical Fellow’s in Paediatric Oncology to start ASAP/in September 2024.
This exciting opportunity will provide the post holders with exposure to a variety of experience in paediatric and adolescent oncology, including day-care, shared-care and neuro-oncology, haemato-oncology, stem cell transplant and palliative care.
This post is particularly appropriate for applicants who have experience in general paediatrics at registrar level and wish to expand their experience in paediatric oncology or senior paediatric oncology trainees wishing to consolidate their experience.
You will be part of our team of clinicians, including training grade doctors, in the Unit and you will be part of the on call rota. Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health (or equivalent) is desirable. Eligibility for GMC registration is required.
