This is part of a series of service developments including that of a virtual women’s secure blended service and women’s outreach service.
Applicants should be registered clinicians with experience of working in leadership roles within forensic mental health, who have a track record and interest in involving and motivating staff to improve patient experience and service performance.
We welcome applications from registered nurses, occupational therapists, consultant psychiatrists, social workers or allied health professionals who have a particular interest in improving pathways for women with mental health needs who are in contact with the criminal justice system and/or whose complex needs have resulted in their referral/admission for secure inpatient care or community forensic clinical services and for women who are currently admitted to a secure inpatient service.
