• Minimum 5 years full time clinical experience in an acute mental health setting and community services (for example MH telephone triage, work in an inpatient unit, conduct mental health assessments in ED or community settings)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role and have experience in coaching and mentoring.
• A clinical qualification in a relevant discipline of nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or social work
• Current registration with AHPRA for associated disciplines or AASW.
• Extensive clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills. You are self-driven and can work autonomously from home.
• Computer literacy, a proficiency with contact centre KPI dimensions and associated data, with a working competency of the Microsoft office product suit
