A passionate and collaborative multidisciplinary team in a beautiful dedicated early intervention centre in Manly.
Our growing early intervention team offers a range of early childhood supports for children aged 0-8 years with developmental and learning needs . This includes evidence-based autism supports such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) approach, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Leading a team of allied health professionals and educators, you will be responsible for quality, exceptional outcomes for our young clients and a well-supported team environment. Drawing on your early intervention experience and autism knowledge, you will be proactive, solution-focused, professional and dedicated to bringing the best for your clients, families, staff and the organisation.
With a qualification as a psychologist, speech pathologist, OT, BCBA, or registered teacher, you will be provided with training in the Early Start Denver Model if not already certified.
Manage a leading and innovative early intervention centre, making daily impact on the lives of children, families and the community;
Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge;
Work in a fun, play-based environment with amazing colleagues;
Join a team of state and national early intervention leaders with a view to continued excellence, innovation and industry lead;

What do you need to join?
Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator;
Considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health. Autism research interest highly regarded;
Past experience in leadership and managerial roles. Those seeking to extend in to first centre leadership position are also welcome to apply;
Compliance – Qualifications relevant to the role, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
