Enliven is dedicated to the well-being of the elderly, where we provide retirement living, residential aged care and community support across our Southland care homes, Peacehaven Village, Vickery Court, Walmsley House, Resthaven Village and Frankton Court Cottages.
Family Works delivers social services to the Southland Community, from counselling and social work support, through to buddy and parenting programmes.

Responsibilities:

MŌ TE TŪNGA | ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your hands-on approach will inspire and guide our clinical and care teams, ensuring they deliver nothing short of excellence to every resident, you will empower our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and service, ensuring the safety and well-being of every resident. Collaborating closely with the care home manager you will ensure every clinical aspect in our 88 bed care home, hums with efficiency and effectiveness.

NGĀ KAWENGA | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clinical oversight of all residents’ health conditions and well being
  • Ensuring support plans are developed to accurately reflect the level of support and progress of individual residents and implemented effectively
  • Providing clinical advise in a timely manner in response to queries from management and the team
  • Be part of the leadership team within Vickery Court including leading the team in the managers absence
  • Monitor, lead and direct the clinical coordinator, registered and enrolled nurses and care workers in the delivery of high quality care
  • Ensuring everyone is kept up to date with the latest best clinical practice for aged care
  • Undertaking regular reviews of processes and procedures ensuring efficient use of resources
