Responsibilities:
Join our village leadership team as a Clinical Manager at Keith Park Village located in Hobsonville, Auckland! This role includes working Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:30 with on-call responsibilities to meet operational requirements.
- Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village
- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
- Lead, develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatment
- Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to
- Provide support to the Village Manager
