Description:

About the Role: As the Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), you will provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership relevant to the speciality of medical nursing. The CNC provides direct and indirect care as required and works in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
6C/MAPU/AMU is a dedicated 24 bed inpatient unit within Logan Hospital consisting of a 16 bed MAPU unit and an 8 medical bed unit AMU. MAPU aims to optimise patient outcomes by providing safe and quality acute care by clinical prioritising for assessment, investigation, therapeutic intervention, and multidisciplinary coordination
