We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to complement our team to coordinate delivery of safe, service user/tangata whaiora and family focused care.
The clinical nurse coordinator has responsibility for providing nursing leadership, clinical expertise and knowledge to the health care team. The role works closely with the clinical nurse manager of the acute inpatient service to provide shift coordination of the team, to develop system and processes that support a patient centred model of care, case management, peer and performance reviews with staff.
