QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current practicing registration.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the aged care sector.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for providing person-centered care.

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Assess resident care needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical leadership and expertise, ensuring the effective management of resident health issues, medication administration, and wound care.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers, advocating for the holistic well-being of our residents.
