Description:
To signpost to specialist counselling service for inpatients, outpatients and their significant others. To participate in the inpatient HIV multi-disciplinary team clinical and managerial meeting weekly. To co-ordinate specialist HIV care training and education across all professional boundaries with Frimley Health . To support investigations and provide information regarding complaints and clinical incidents in related to HIV care within Frimley Health supporting the lead nurse consultant.
To work with external organisations in relation to HIV
