Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the generation and analytics of data to conform department strategy
- Enter patient information into electronic medical record system
- Support clinical operation process and/or evaluate prospective products and vendors
- Participate in clinical quality assurance and operational improvement projects
- Conduct literature reviews for policy and procedure updates
- Support department-wise efforts to develop and improve existing process flowcharts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with an expected graduation date within 12 months
- Interest in community health services with a focus on underserved/minority populations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
- Salary: $16 per hour
