Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the generation and analytics of data to conform department strategy
  • Enter patient information into electronic medical record system
  • Support clinical operation process and/or evaluate prospective products and vendors
  • Participate in clinical quality assurance and operational improvement projects
  • Conduct literature reviews for policy and procedure updates
  • Support department-wise efforts to develop and improve existing process flowcharts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with an expected graduation date within 12 months
  • Interest in community health services with a focus on underserved/minority populations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • Salary: $16 per hour
