Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital located in Sheffield who offer a wide range of specialities such as orthopaedics, dermatology, gynaecology, urology, cancer care, general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and paediatrics. At present, they are looking for a clinical pharmacist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis covering the pharmacy which is open Monday-Saturday (Saturdays on a rotational basis).

Job Responsibilities
– Utilise pharmaceutical expertise to contribute to patient care within the hospital, assisting the pharmacy department in delivering a high-quality medicine management service to all customers
– The procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, while providing guidance to junior staff Oversee members in delivering the medicine management service
– Take responsibility for identified clinical services
– Facilitate the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the provision of a safe and effective medicines management service for patients, staff, consultants, and customer s

Requirements
– Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm.
– GPhC registered
– Must have minimum 3 years post registration experience
– Experience working within a hospital environment desirable
– Experience in Oncology Pharmacy desirable.
