We’re an early stage startup, working directly with self-insured employers to reduce costs for them and their employees.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist who is passionate about using their pharmaceutical knowledge to support our mission of reducing healthcare costs. In this role, you will utilize digital platforms to optimize medication therapy management, contribute to patient education, and support our data-driven tools that guide patients toward affordable, high-quality medical care.
This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours and location.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in digital healthcare settings.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proficient understanding of healthcare cost data.
- Experience in a startup or agile environment is highly desirable, with a proven ability to adapt quickly and drive innovation in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze prescription data to recommend cost-effective medication options.
- Provide consultations via digital platforms, assisting patients with medication management, understanding potential drug interactions, and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with our data analysts to incorporate pharmaceutical knowledge into our healthcare cost reduction tools.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date digital content related to drug information, medication safety, and cost-effective therapeutic alternatives.
- Educate both patients and healthcare providers about affordable prescription options and medication management strategies through our digital health platforms.
