As our new Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a team of 6 specialists, responsible for processing and shipping sales and service orders to subsidiaries and distributors worldwide. You’ll play a central role in ensuring swift and professional service delivery, with a particular focus on order fulfillment for your designated countries. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to achieving service excellence through teamwork and knowledge sharing. Based in our Herlev headquarters and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager anchored under the CCO area, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational and commercial success.

• Order fulfillment for: Sales orders (systems and non-systems) – Service orders (repairs/replacements)
• Demo orders/Fair orders
• Coordinate shipments worldwide with our global logistics partners
• Full responsibility for own countries in close collaboration with local Sales Operations counterparts and distributors
• Coordination with purchasing, production, warehouse, and finance departments
• Preparation and management of various documents, bookings, and customer communication
• Handling of letter of credit and invoicing
