• You will understand and demonstrate the capabilities and use of new and existing Telehealth platforms.
• You will you provide planning and evaluation support for OCC Telehealth lead.
• You will provide meeting facilitation, presentation development, and action item tracking.
• You will attend/conduct meetings and training classes as needed.
• You will support the release, implementation, and deployment of telehealth technologies and applications.
• You will utilize SME knowledge and understanding to support operational goals and targets.
• You will assist with enhancing and improving existing training, documentation, and operational guidance through analysis of existing training and operational guides and advancements of technology and needs.
• You will assist with the development of training manuals by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy.
• You will perform systematic reviews of Disease management Protocols (DMPs) and provides updates and reports as required.
• You will support the evaluation and sustainment of new Telehealth technologies, equipment, applications, and clinical processes.
• You will lead large cross-functional projects, identifying and working on tasks and assignments as instructed by VA OCC Telehealth lead.
• You will contribute to team effort through effective collaboration and timely completion of duties and tasks.
• Other tasks as assigned by VA OCC Telehealth Lead.
