Description:
Responsibilities:
The role is that of an experienced Clinical or Educational and Developmental Psychologist with training, qualifications, and experience, in psychological assessment of young people with neurodivergence and mental health problems. We are seeking a Grade 3 psychologist for this role but will be open to interest from experienced Grade 2 psychologists with eligibility to progress into a Grade 3 position.
The Psychologist also performs a Keyworker function in that the represents the face of the Endeavour team for each family supporting them through the journey of the assessment process. They contribute to the team diagnostic process by completing discipline specific assessments and specialist autism assessment. They provide therapeutic assessment and feedback and support the team report writing process. As Endeavour also represents the hub of discipline specific work within ELMHS. The Clinical or Educational and “Developmental Psychologist/Keyworker will provide knowledge of evidence-based assessment in the area of neurodiversity and mental health and will share this knowledge across the ELMHS service.
