Description:

Limitless is looking for Psychologist to be a part of its Clinical Team, which works with youths aged 12 – 25, providing accessible community based support for mental health issues ranging from mental distress, mood or anxiety disorders, to complex trauma and suicidal ideation.

The Psychologist will be responsible for the following key areas amongst others:

  • Provision of individual and group interventions, employing evidence-based psychological interventions. This may include psychotherapy, group therapy, and case-work.
  • Conducting psychological assessment and screening
  • Collaborate with other professional staff to develop and implement evidence-based strategies and interventions, which may include group therapy, or home visits.
  • Complete specialist reports, case notes and other documentation
  • Engaging in crisis intervention
  • Conducting internal trainings for staff
  • Engage in interagency work with partner hospitals and social service agencies

The incumbent may also be given the opportunity to:

  • Participate in research or evaluation projects
  • Design and conduct mental health related workshops/talks or outreachEngage in interagency work including participating or leading communities of practice, and interagency work groups.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, with specialization in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and/or other international psychological bodies such as APS or BPS
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Able to work with youths
  • Prior training in a trauma focused therapy (eg. TF-CBT, EMDR, EFT, CPT) is preferredFresh graduates are welcome to apply
