Join a reputable mental health provider as a passionate Clinical or Registered Psychologist, working alongside three other Psychologists in a friendly private practice in Brisbane’s South West region.
This private practice pride themself on providing exceptional mental health services to the local community. With conveniently located clinics in the Southwest region, they are dedicated to offering cutting-edge, evidence-based psychological interventions to clients of all ages.
Our client specialises in assisting individuals and families experiencing a range of challenges, including interpersonal conflicts, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, phobia, grief and loss, and ADHD and/or Autism related symptoms.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology
- AHPRA registration
- Full/Associate member of the APS
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- WorkCover approved (or willing to become WorkCover approved)
- Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers
- Personal ABN and indemnity insurance - essential
- Working with Children’s Check - or willing to undertake
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients’ needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Work closely with the admin team to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client treatment and progress
