The Post holder will: Act at all times within the nursing professional code of conduct or relevant professional guidelines Be responsible for delivering the education strategy within Clinical Research Provide management to a service led multidisciplinary education strategy Lead on Clinical Research Education through teaching and course module organisation Plan and facilitate teaching on all aspects of Clinical Research Support/mentor and coach the staff to achieve their competencies Provide assurance of compliance for all staff with training needs Help provide a specialised and advanced research delivery service, ensuring high standards are monitored and maintained within the framework of clinical governance Be recognised as an expert in the application of clinical research Be a positive role model to deliver exceptional clinical research Contribute to the practice development projects Lead, facilitate and implement audit and research findings where appropriate Maintain a database of staff training Maintain an up to date knowledge base, ensuring professional academic credibility To support staff through their appraisal/revalidation process addressing individual development needs and monitoring performance in line with Trust policy.
