• Practice and perform, under the direct supervision of a Laboratory Manager, a variety of laboratory procedures with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the regulations and internal procedures
• Perform efficacy and safety test on human volunteers
• Develop new test on health and beauty products;
• Perform efficacy and safety test on human volunteers;
• Perform consumer test for cosmetic product;
• Record results, performs calculations and compiles data;
• Record and compile test results, prepared graphs, charts and reports;
• Maintain records and files;
• Ability to look at different brands and develop a protocol based on customer specification
• Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment;
• Delivery of plan to the customer;
• Technical customer services;
• Deliver reports to the clients;
• Follow all aspects of the Quality System (ISO 9001)
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
• Conduct and organize volunteer recruitment for clinical trials and manage testing agenda
• Organizing a maintaining paper and electronics filer

MINIMUM SKILLS:

Experience of 0-2 years as a laboratory technician
Bilingual (French/English)
