Clinical Risk Officer

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
• Knowledge and experience in the principles of clinical incident management, use of clinical incident management systems including investigation methodology and open disclosure.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in change management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with implementation of quality improvement processes.
• Highly developed skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  Remuneration: Senior Registered Nurse - Level 1-2
  On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $61.21 - $62.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.

This position is a senior role within the Clinical Governance Department, with its main focus being on coordination of clinical risk management and associated quality improvement systems.
