Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for efficiently scheduling patient consultations and procedures, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Utilizes electronic medical records systems to maintain accurate patient records and adheres to HIPAA regulations while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless scheduling process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Proficient in multitasking between various priorities including scheduling appointments, coordinating procedures, and delivering “white-glove” customer service.
? Minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required.
? Healthcare and/or dental experience.
