How you make a difference:
The Clinical Services Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of clinics, including staffing, scheduling, intake, pharmacy, and managing sick calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all nursing staff activities, including scheduling, health assessments, and patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies, and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care.
- Assist with staff training and evaluations, and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Experience
- Prefer a minimum of one-year clinical experience; Minimum of one-year correctional experience; Minimum of one-year of supervisor/scheduling experience;
Licenses/Certifications
- Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse within the State (minimum requirement)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
