Description:

Clinical Solutions Specialist, Advanced Wound Management - Christchurch, NZ

This role will provide clinical support, and undertake training activities, for products and services in the clinical environment, in line with sales and marketing strategies, to ensure business objectives are achieved.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide outstanding clinical support to customers on AWM organisation products; maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support S&N AWM in the territory on a range of products on an ‘as the need arises’ basis.
  • Handle the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
  • Ensure operating efficiencies including assistance with the management of S&N devices within accounts.
  • Support the maintenance/ development of customer profiles/ preferences.
  • Provide support to the sales teams with regards to in-service programmes, workshops and seminars to customers
  • Maintain S&N dedication to educational support to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Keep up to date with competitor products and competitor activity.
  • Read all relevant medical and trade journals, literature and bulletins associated directly and indirectly with product responsibilities.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science related fields
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent qualifications desirable
  • Proven experience in medical field/ theatre setting.
  • Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
