Are you passionate about making a difference in orthodontics? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Specialist to join our team at Envista. You will be based remotely in Portugal. As a key member of the Onboarding & Clinical EMEA team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our EMEA team across various functions, from sales and digital lab to marketing and education.
Are you a dentist with experience in clear aligners and with proficiency in Damon System? As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for addressing clinical questions and topics from Ormco customers related to our top of notch products.
Responsibilities:
- Escalate and address clinical inquiries, complaints and adverse events promptly.
- Provide proactive clinical support for customers, ensuring effective resolution.
- Utilize expertise in clear aligners brackets and wires to assist customers in the process of treatment planning.
- Offer guidance on software utilization related to orthodontic treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed dentist with a focus on orthodontics.
- Proven experience with clear aligners and proficiency in Damon System (Ultima).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address clinical inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for providing customer support.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
