Clinical Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

You will providespecialist stroke assessment and rehabas part of our ESD and longer-term specialist stroke rehab services for up to approx. 4 months following discharge from hospital. Theteam consists of Physios,OTs,dietitians, nursing, psychology services, social workers and rehab assistants and works in partnership with the Stroke Association locally to provide a holistic service to the patient. The service, in line with national changes associated with the new Stroke Delivery Model is undergoing much development and change in the coming 12 months, in collaboration with the local ISDN it is an exciting time to be working within stroke services.
