Description:

The Norfolk & Waveney At Risk Mental Health Service are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Clinical Administrator to support the TIDE Service. This role would suit somebody who is outgoing and confident, with the organisational skills to manage their own workload to support the needs of the service.
Based between No 7 Unthank Road and County Hall in Norwich, duties include greeting service users and their families, responding to enquiries over telephone and e-mail, processing referrals, maintaining patient records, generating letters, producing documentation, creating agendas and taking/distributing minutes . Each day is different, and there will be a requirement for management support and data work. TIDES is a newly developed Service and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop and shape the team moving forwards.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals that are passionate about supporting our service users, aided by a small group of dedicated administrators, in a positive and sociable working environment. If you are interested in learning more about the role or the team, please get in touch.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience. Customer service skills and full administration experience will be essential for this role.
Audio typing skills would be beneficial as our consultants may use digital audio equipment for their correspondence from time to time.
The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is an exciting time of Transformation of Mental Health Services in Norfolk, which has created opportunities, not only for services to recognise and consolidate what they are doing well, but also to drive creativity to radically change service delivery. These changes are driven by the needs of local communities, with the aim of embedding Mental Health Services within the community and truly bringing the expertise to where it is needed.
Do you have the passion, ambition and creativity to help us to reach our ambition to develop our Services? We would love to hear from you!
To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
