Description:

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people’s and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

JOB DESCRIPTION/PERSON SPECIFICATION

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given for this role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including word, excel and outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust clinical system Lorenzo would be an advantage as well as minute taking and audio transcription. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative as well as in a team environment and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
All aspects of administration:
Typing, data entry, telephone calls, booking / amending appointments, dealing with enquiries, record keeping, managing data, minute taking, Diary management. This list is not exhaustive, please refer to the job description for more detail.
