The successful post holders will be expected to provide support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of care plans for individual patients.
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience. We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients.
Care Certificate Programme to be completed over a specified 6 months period, if not obtained prior to commencement.

Undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties deliver to deliver agreed plans of care.
Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first.
To ensure patients receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having
regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines.
Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of the individuals.
To act as an advocate for patients within the ward / department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care
