NGĀ TOHUNGATANGA MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • To maintain oversight of the delivery of service according to multiple contract specifications.
  • To recruit, manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team of community nurses and others in a highly flexible service response environment.
  • To liaise closely with teams across the region to ensure optimum work flows and excellence are achieved.
  • To maintain oversight of high needs assessments and care packages.
  • To Manage complaints and exception reporting.

Responsibilities:

To develop, lead and provide clinical supervision and oversight to the team of registered nurses responsible for the delivery of a high standard of clinical services to Access client in the region. To ensure that professional development is on-going for every team member and integrated into practice and to embrace and promote a strong, high-performing team culture.
