Description:
On average, the total number of hours each week will be a maximum of 48 hours, on a full shift pattern with an out-of-hours on-call commitment. The post will be offered for a twelve month fixed term period and may be extended dependent upon service needs. Friendly and supportive Consultants willing to guide doctors with their requirements and competencies for entry into Core / Specialist / GP training as well as potential to be promoted onto the Registrar rota Opportunities to carry out audits/quality improvement and research work with view to gaining peer-reviewed publications. The post will be based at the Medway NHS Foundation Trust Hospital
