SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of accounting, finance, or payroll experience in a corporate office environment
- Healthcare experience or solid understanding of healthcare billing preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups)
- Customer service oriented, with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and on a team
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility with hours during critical payroll periods

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Clinician Compensation Analyst plays an integral role in ensuring clinician compensation is paid accurately and timely. The candidate will collaborate on a team to validate complex payroll calculations on a biweekly and monthly basis, as well as assist in answering questions from our operations team. A successful Clinician Compensation Analyst has a process improvement mindset, is detail oriented, has excellent communication and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate on a team to validate monthly and biweekly clinician payroll calculations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal personnel; specifically, timely and accurate responses to clinician compensation inquiries
- Support IT and Senior Clinician Compensation Analyst with testing new software that integrates with internally designed compensation application
- Assist in educating internal personnel on compensation schedules and how to read payroll reports especially as new hires are onboarded into our systems
- Research billing adjustments that have an impact on clinician compensation and work with local HR and operations team members as needed to ensure any corrections are made
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Clinician Compensation Manager
