POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a high performing and dynamic Store Manager to run our Company Store.
As Company Store Manager you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to achieve all sales and operational targets.
In order to be successful you will provide outstanding leadership, coaching and development to the team of sales associates to ensure that they consistently provide the highest standards of customer service.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store including exceptional cash and stock management and ensuring that the store meets all retail operations, health, safety, security and facility management guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and operational targets
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
