Description:
COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $55,000 PER YEAR
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. During peak season weekend availability is required and possible extended hours.
DCCHail is looking for a Close Out Clerk located in Calgary or Winnipeg. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- 1 + years of experience in the collision industry is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines
- Experience with Mitchell Connect and Qapter
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Close out and submit insurance files
- Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
- Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
- Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
- Assist with in person customer service as well as office work
