GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Coordinates and performs closing of auto loans. Ensures required documentation, terms and conditions meet compliance requirements. Schedules loan closing and compiles and types closing documents.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

EXPERIENCE

One to two years related experience in the auto industry or individual banking.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge in basic accounting.
• Domain in the use and management of computers, such as: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
• Initiative and judgment for problem solving and decision making.
• Dexterity of analysis and verification of data integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Skill to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish, preferably.
• Availability to work extended hours.

Coordinate and carry out the closing of auto loans. Verify that the contracts for disbursement comply with the required documentation, according to the credit approval requirements. Process disbursements Update in system the managements made with the loans. Follow up the corresponding parties to complete the documentation required in the loan.
