Mount Edgecombe. Join a prominent player in the Fashion and Apparel industry, collaborating with major South African chain stores. Seeking a passionate and experienced Clothing Co-ordinator to join this dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with buyers
- Maintain a comprehensive paper trail for all styles and liaise with international sources
- Keep the timeline on track, ensuring orders are processed promptly to meet delivery deadlines
- Confirm shipment and delivery dates while collaborating with Costing Managers on costings
- Work on styling adjustments to align with cost targets
- Manage fit samples, trim charts, lab dips, and ensure timely submission to QA
- Oversee approvals for trims, fabric, wash, and styles with buyers
- Check and maintain delivery schedules
- Prepare and submit samples for QA fitting, ensuring timely dispatch to customers
- Monitor order quantities against shipped units and coordinate ticket lists and hanger schedules
- Efficiently manage cupboard space for seals
- Prepare for production meetings and contribute to month-end reporting
