Mount Edgecombe. Join a prominent player in the Fashion and Apparel industry, collaborating with major South African chain stores. Seeking a passionate and experienced Clothing Co-ordinator to join this dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with buyers
  • Maintain a comprehensive paper trail for all styles and liaise with international sources
  • Keep the timeline on track, ensuring orders are processed promptly to meet delivery deadlines
  • Confirm shipment and delivery dates while collaborating with Costing Managers on costings
  • Work on styling adjustments to align with cost targets
  • Manage fit samples, trim charts, lab dips, and ensure timely submission to QA
  • Oversee approvals for trims, fabric, wash, and styles with buyers
  • Check and maintain delivery schedules
  • Prepare and submit samples for QA fitting, ensuring timely dispatch to customers
  • Monitor order quantities against shipped units and coordinate ticket lists and hanger schedules
  • Efficiently manage cupboard space for seals
  • Prepare for production meetings and contribute to month-end reporting
