SOME OF THE SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Attention to detail, reliability, results-oriented, customer focus
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
• The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team as required

SOME DESIRABLE SKILLS BUT NOT REQUIRED;

• Proven track record operating multi-head embroidery machines and/or heat-seal machines & sewing machines
• Experience in warehousing, textiles, or small manufacturing
• Secondary school education; TAFE certificate III in digitising and computerised embroidery

• Maintain accurate production/data sheets and report any discrepancies
• Safely operate embroidery and heat-sealing machines following Safe Operating Procedures
• Coordinate machinery, order sizes, and teamwork to maximise finished garment capacity
• Communicate any production delays to key stakeholders promptly
• Monitor consumables to ensure adequate levels for current and future volumes
• Uphold company standards and behaviours in daily activities
• Follow invoicing, ordering, checking, and dispatching procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
