REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of software development with a minimum of 3 years proven experience in DevOps and backend development.
• Very good understanding of cloud-native technology.
• Advanced hands-on experience with:
• Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Containers (e.g., OCI, Docker).
• SaaS deployment (e.g., Helm).
• Metrics (e.g., Prometheus).
• Logs/traces (e.g., Grafana, Loki, Tempo)

• Plan and develop robust backend services for our SaaS solution.
• Contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Ensure our SaaS services adhere to observability principles (Metrics, Logs, Traces).
• Guarantee the high availability and scalability of our SaaS services.
• Enable others to effectively develop, deploy, and maintain software in customer infrastructure (public/private cloud).
• Drive guidelines and processes to ensure a high quality and secure product (observability, scalability, high availability)
