JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Cloud Engineer your role is to primarily support the Viva Cloud environment. The role will cover various expertise in Azure, around architecture, building, optimisation, automation, altering, billing, and more.
You will be responsible for deployment of product releases in accordance with defined change management processes and you will be expected to identify and implement operational improvements making use of Cloud Systems for these processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Experience

• Skills in supporting cloud platforms
• knowledge of Cloud based tools such as Bedrock, PowerShell and Terraform etc
• Experience with Azure based networking firewalls and security
• Continual process and Service Improvement mindset
• Proven ITIL knowledge is essential, certification desirable
• Key understanding of providing quality levels of service to business
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to customer service & SLA incident management
