POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Cloud Engineering Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting technology services efficiently across business units. Key tasks include designing technology architecture, managing services, and ensuring high performance and security. Reporting to the Cloud Engineering Manager, the role focuses on timely project delivery, providing technical expertise, and contributing to technology strategy and maintenance procedures.

- Advanced technical expertise input into projects and initiatives.
- Contribution to defining technology architectures and strategies.
- Advanced technical support for incident and problem resolution within agreed targets.
- Manage technical initiatives to achieve defined objectives.
- Provide advanced technical and design expertise.
- Offer advanced technical guidance in incident and problem resolution.
- Defining system maintenance and administration procedures.
