SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Azure Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure AD and related services such as conditional access, identity protection, and privileged identity management.
• Authentication Protocols: Proficiency with SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos authentication protocols.
• Federated Identity Solutions: Experience with federated identity solutions like PING Federate or ADFS.
• Zero Trust Architecture: Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
• RBAC Solutions: Prior experience in providing role-based access control (RBAC) solutions for AWS and Azure.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create technical architecture documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell and/or Python.

SKILLS DESIRED:

• Identity Management Background: Previous experience in the identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
• Synchronization Software: Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization software or similar technology.
• Compliance Assurance: Experience with compliance assurance tooling such as Prisma Cloud.
• HashiCorp Products: Familiarity with products from HashiCorp such as Terraform, Vault, and Consul.
• Risk Control Frameworks: Experience with risk control frameworks and engagements with risk and regulatory functions.
• CI/CD Frameworks: Knowledge and experience working with CI/CD frameworks and methodologies, including automated testing (unit/integration) and release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• IAM Solutions Deployment: Provide IAM solutions for migrating existing or integrating new applications in the client environment across multiple cloud providers, including but not limited to Azure and AWS.
• Complex Application Support: Deliver IAM services for complex, multi-tier applications transitioning to cloud platforms.
• Control Selection: Choose appropriate IAM cloud controls for migrating applications based on specified requirements.
• Global Collaboration: Work in a globally distributed team to deliver innovative and robust cloud-centric solutions.
• Vendor Interaction: Collaborate closely with vendors to develop and deploy cloud services that meet customer expectations.
• Infrastructure Integration: Integrate, configure, document, and deploy compliant infrastructure and supporting services on cloud platforms.
• Operational Design: Design, optimize, and document the operational aspects of the cloud platform.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems, including root cause analysis and bug fixes where possible.
• Risk Management Collaboration: Work with risk management to ensure necessary controls for cloud services are deployed and tested.
