UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to receive Security clearance is required for this role [minimum of 5 consecutive years of residency in Canada.]

• Manage and administer Enterprise Data Lake and related eco-system technologies
• Passionate about learning Amazon Web Services, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Perform performance tuning for queries, applications, and resources
• Provide solutions and take preventative steps while resolving operational problems
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures for all supported database platforms
• Collaborate with Team, Database Administrators and Developers to understand and document requirements
• Follow Change Management Process and support project development within documented standards
• Collaborate closely with team members, technical leads, and application support teams to ensure quality database services
• Define, document, and implement consistent standards and procedures
• Contribute innovative solutions and best practice improvements
