Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Synapri are working with a leading financial services organisation who are in early stages of a large-scale migration of their legacy infrastructure to the Azure cloud platform and looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to help modernize their Microsoft tech environment over the course of the next 2 to 3 years.
The successful candidate will be working in a structured team of 4 other Cloud Ops Engineers and collaborating closely with wider tech departments including Product, Architecture, and Infrastructure. This role combines responsibilities of identifying continuous improvement opportunities, updating legacy and implementing new technologies, and providing escalation level support where needed.

Required tech experience:

• Strong expertise of Azure cloud
• Strong experience of M365 Security and Compliance
• Strong experience with MDM using Autopilot, Intune, MECM/SCCM, and ATP Defender for 365
• Strong experience with on-prem and cloud VDI solutions
• Strong experience with File Transfer systems
