YOUR ROLE AS CLOUD OPERATIONS MANAGER

WorkJam is a rapidly scaling up SaaS product company looking to constantly improve toward best-in-class cloud infrastructure, methodology and processes. As Cloud Operations Manager the primary focus will be on automating and tooling as well as overseeing our cloud services and infrastructure. You will need to be a great leader to the team. Reporting to the VP Product Quality & Reliability, this person will manage a dynamic team responsible for daily operations, ensuring cloud systems’ performance, and implementing strategies for effective cloud service management. A close relationship with security, IT and development teams will be essential.
