Cloud Platform Specialist - Contract

• The Platform Specialist (Cloud) is part of the delivery team that is responsible for managing Cloud Solution (Public, Private or Hybrid) Delivery projects and their cost, time and scope.
• As a Technical Specialist, Will be responsible for IT Cloud Infra projects. working with the project team, coordinating with application teams, IT infra teams, and proposing innovative solutions for business challenges
• Work closely with System Integrators, and vendor organizations to architect end to end hybrid cloud solutions.
• Performing cloud services deployment, administration tasks including configuration, systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and support while innovating to automate as much as possible.
• Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
• Engaged in Cloud related technical discussion with application teams, third party vendors and cloud team.Provide ideas to continue improvement the way the cloud team works

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Cloud Solution (Public, Private or Hybrid) Delivery projects.
• Proven track record in managing cloud deployments and migration projects.
• Good knowledge of Cloud solutions and services (mainly Azure and Alibaba ).
• Good knowledge of IT processes and tools used to support business activities.
• Capability to elaborate to non-IT users, ability to manage and follow-up project budget
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS etc.)

Have good knowledge in the following technical fields:

• Public Cloud such as Alibaba Cloud, Azure.
• Private Cloud such as VMware, Nutanix or equivalent.
• Information Security Management (firewall, IDS)
• Networking (ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, basic IP routing)
• System Management skills (Servers, SANS)
